What counts as a workflow run?
A workflow run = one complete execution of a workflow from upload to output. A bank reconciliation with 2,500 transactions counts as 1 run regardless of how many sub-steps.
How do AI credits work?
Each workflow run consumes AI credits based on complexity. Bank Rec runs typically use 1-3 credits. Complex Month-End Close workflows may use 5-10 credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
