These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinAdvantage AI platform, including all associated websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using FinAdvantage AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
FinAdvantage AI provides an AI-powered financial automation platform that includes document extraction, bank reconciliation, financial statement generation, and workflow automation through configurable pipelines. The Service processes user-uploaded financial data using a combination of deterministic rules and large language models.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You agree to comply with all applicable security requirements, including using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

You retain all ownership rights in the data and files that you upload to the Service ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant FinAdvantage AI a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload User Data to the Service and to authorize FinAdvantage AI to process that data as described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinAdvantage AI from any claims arising from your User Data.
The Service processes financial data and generates outputs such as reconciliation reports, formatted financial statements, and account classifications. These outputs are generated by AI systems and are provided for your review and verification.
You acknowledge that: AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as authoritative financial records without review by qualified accounting professionals. FinAdvantage AI does not provide accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any outputs before relying on them for financial decision-making, regulatory compliance, or external reporting.
Access to certain features of the Service is provided pursuant to a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
FinAdvantage AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, UI designs, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service are voluntarily given and may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinAdvantage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
In no event shall FinAdvantage AI's aggregate liability exceed the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you to FinAdvantage AI in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinAdvantage AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Data, or your use of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
